Scope of Services. Through this Site, Quality Care Mobile Detail markets and arranges Interior Car Cleaning, Interior Detailing, Exterior Detailing, Car Wash, Wheel Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Quality Care Mobile Detail or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Quality Care Mobile Detail makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Care Mobile Detail's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Quality Care Mobile Detail in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quality Care Mobile Detail from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. MI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MI.
